You have a strong background in product design, with a focus on user experience and a passion for creating intuitive interfaces. You thrive in a fully remote environment and are comfortable collaborating with cross-functional teams, including Product, Engineering, and Data Science. Your experience includes taking features from ideation to prototyping, user testing, and production, ensuring that the final product meets both customer and business needs. You are proficient in design tools like Figma and have a keen eye for detail, which helps you create designs that reflect the brand's values.

You understand the importance of user feedback and actively seek it out during design reviews, incorporating relevant insights into your work. You are adaptable and can work effectively in an entrepreneurial culture where pushing limits and taking risks is encouraged. Your soft skills, including communication and collaboration, enable you to work well with team members from diverse backgrounds and cultures.

What you'll do

As a Senior Product Designer at Finalis, you will play a key role in shaping the customer experience by developing a deep understanding of user needs. You will work in a small team to iteratively improve the platform's user experience, designing web and mobile web experiences that are simple and intuitive. Your responsibilities will include taking new features from ideation through prototyping and user testing to production, ensuring that the designs are user-friendly and aligned with the company's goals.

You will participate in regular design reviews, seeking specific feedback on your designs and incorporating that feedback into your work. Additionally, you will leverage AI tools to generate prototypes and enhance your overall design process. Collaboration is key in this role, as you will work closely with Engineering, Customer Success, and other teams to build products that meet user needs and reflect the Finalis brand.
