Overview

Finally is hiring a Customer Success Manager to advocate for SMB customers using their financial automation platform. You'll manage customer portfolios and drive adoption and growth. This role requires strong relationship management skills.

You have a strong background in customer success or account management, ideally within the fintech or financial services sector. You understand the unique challenges faced by small to medium-sized businesses and are passionate about helping them succeed. Your communication skills are top-notch, allowing you to build lasting relationships with clients and effectively convey the value of our products. You thrive in a collaborative environment and enjoy working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction and success.

You are proactive in your approach, always looking for ways to enhance the customer experience and drive product adoption. You have a knack for identifying customer needs and translating them into actionable insights for both the customer and the company. Your analytical skills enable you to assess customer usage patterns and suggest improvements that lead to increased engagement and retention.

What you'll do

As a Customer Success Manager, you will own a portfolio of SMB customers, managing their journey from onboarding through ongoing support and engagement. You will be responsible for driving adoption of our corporate cards and expense platform, ensuring that customers derive maximum value from our services. Your role will involve regular check-ins with clients to assess their satisfaction and identify opportunities for growth.

You will collaborate with the product team to relay customer feedback and influence product development based on user needs. Additionally, you will work closely with sales and marketing to align customer success initiatives with broader company goals. Your efforts will directly contribute to customer retention and expansion, making you a key player in our growth strategy.
