What you'll do
As a Customer Success Manager, you will own a portfolio of SMB customers, managing their journey from onboarding through ongoing support and engagement. You will be responsible for driving adoption of our corporate cards and expense platform, ensuring that customers derive maximum value from our services. Your role will involve regular check-ins with clients to assess their satisfaction and identify opportunities for growth.
You will collaborate with the product team to relay customer feedback and influence product development based on user needs. Additionally, you will work closely with sales and marketing to align customer success initiatives with broader company goals.
