What you'll do
As a Customer Delivery Manager at Finix, you will be responsible for managing the delivery of payment acceptance and payouts solutions to our platform clients. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that client requirements are met and that the implementation process is smooth and successful. Your role will involve coordinating with sales, product development, support, and risk/underwriting teams to align strategic initiatives with those of our customers and partners.
