You have a strong background in product design, particularly in design systems, and are comfortable working in collaborative environments. Your experience includes translating design foundations into production-ready components, ensuring quality while moving quickly. You thrive in partnerships with engineering teams, understanding the importance of seamless integration between design and development. You are detail-oriented and have a keen eye for creating user-friendly interfaces that enhance the overall user experience. You are also adaptable and open to feedback, continuously seeking to improve your designs based on user needs and technical constraints.
Desirable
Experience with no-code and low-code tools is a plus, as is familiarity with complex product workflows. You may have worked in fintech or similar industries, giving you insight into the unique challenges and opportunities in this space. A portfolio showcasing your design process and outcomes will help demonstrate your capabilities and thought process.
What you'll do
In this role, you will support the rapid build-out and adoption of Finixβs design system, working closely with design leadership and senior designers. You will be responsible for translating established design foundations and tokens into a high volume of production-ready components. Your work will directly impact the core dashboard experience, ensuring that the design system is effectively applied across various product workflows. You will collaborate with engineers to ensure that designs are feasible and align with technical requirements, facilitating a smooth handoff from design to development. You will also participate in design reviews, providing constructive feedback to peers and contributing to the overall design culture at Finix. Your role will involve staying updated on design trends and best practices, ensuring that Finix remains at the forefront of design innovation in the payments industry.
