Overview

FinQuery is seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to lead full-cycle hiring across technical and non-technical teams. You'll collaborate with business leaders to develop effective sourcing strategies and enhance the hiring process. This role requires expertise in recruitment best practices and coaching hiring managers.

You have extensive experience in talent acquisition, ideally with a focus on both technical and non-technical roles. Your strategic mindset allows you to align hiring processes with business objectives, ensuring that you attract the right talent for FinQuery. You are a subject matter expert in recruitment, bringing best practices and innovative sourcing strategies to the table. Your ability to coach hiring managers on effective interviewing techniques sets you apart, as you understand the nuances of identifying top talent.

You are skilled in designing creative sourcing strategies that leverage AI-enabled tools and automation, combined with your recruiter instincts. You have a proven track record of engaging diverse, high-caliber candidates, and you are passionate about enhancing the overall hiring experience. Your collaborative nature enables you to work closely with business leaders, understanding their functional strategies and talent needs.

Desirable

Experience in developing employer branding strategies and selection methods would be a plus. You are comfortable navigating the complexities of recruitment processes and are eager to contribute to the continuous improvement of these processes at FinQuery.

What you'll do

As a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner, you will take the lead in the full-cycle hiring process, working closely with various teams to understand their specific talent needs. You will design and implement sourcing strategies that not only attract candidates but also promote FinQuery's employer brand. Your role will involve coaching hiring managers on best practices for interviewing and selecting candidates, ensuring that they are equipped to identify the best fit for their teams.
