What you'll do

As the Policy Director for North America at Fireblocks, you will play a crucial role in advancing the company's mission of enabling secure interactions with digital assets. You will work closely with the Legal Department's Policy sub-group to develop and execute strategies that align with regulatory requirements while promoting innovation in blockchain technology. Your responsibilities will include engaging with key stakeholders to advocate for policies that support the growth of digital assets and the adoption of Fireblocks' platform.

You will collaborate with the Identity and Compliance Product teams to inform the development of identity capabilities within the Fireblocks platform. This involves understanding the needs of clients and regulators, and translating those insights into actionable product enhancements that reduce friction in accessing and transferring crypto-assets and financial instruments.

Your role will also involve monitoring regulatory developments and providing guidance to internal teams on compliance matters. You will be expected to represent Fireblocks at industry events and forums, sharing insights and advocating for the company's position on key policy issues. By fostering relationships with regulators and industry leaders, you will help shape the future of digital asset regulation in North America.
