Who you are
You have a strong background in project management, particularly in the digital assets and blockchain space. With experience in banking or large SaaS enterprises, you understand the complexities involved in enterprise software implementations. You possess solid technical knowledge that allows you to effectively communicate with cross-functional teams, ensuring that project goals align with business objectives.
You are adept at planning, coordinating, and executing multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery. Your ability to identify risks and dependencies, along with your mitigation strategies, keeps projects on track and stakeholders informed. You thrive in collaborative environments and are comfortable acting as the primary point of contact for both internal and external stakeholders.
What you'll do
In this role, you will lead complex projects, driving execution and ensuring seamless collaboration across teams. You will define project scope, goals, and deliverables, aligning them with the overall business objectives. Your responsibilities will include identifying risks and dependencies, developing mitigation strategies, and communicating project status effectively to executive leadership and clients. You will work closely with engineering, product, and customer success teams to deliver high-impact solutions for clients.
You will leverage your technical knowledge to facilitate discussions and ensure that all teams are aligned on project goals. Your role will also involve regular updates to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and fostering trust throughout the project lifecycle.
