You have a strong background in sales development, ideally with experience in managing teams across diverse markets. You possess exceptional communication skills, enabling you to partner effectively with regional Account Executives and sales leadership. You understand the importance of aligning pipeline generation with territory plans and revenue targets, ensuring that your team is focused on the right opportunities. Your analytical mindset allows you to establish KPIs and tracking mechanisms that maintain global consistency while accounting for regional differences.

What you'll do

As the Sales Development Manager for APAC, you will build and lead a team of 6-8 Business Development Representatives across Japan, India, South Korea, and Australia. Your primary responsibility will be to develop and execute region-specific prospecting strategies that resonate with local markets. You will support all sales segments, including Startups, Commercial, and Enterprise, adapting your approach as needed to capitalize on emerging opportunities.

You will work closely with regional Account Executives and sales leadership to ensure alignment between pipeline generation and revenue targets. Establishing clear KPIs and tracking mechanisms will be crucial to your success, as you will need to monitor performance and adjust strategies based on real-time data. Your role will also involve mentoring and developing your team, fostering a culture of growth and collaboration.
