Who you are
You are an experienced compliance professional with a strong background in developing and implementing compliance programs for financial services. Your expertise in the Bank Secrecy Act (BSA), Anti-Money Laundering (AML), and Counter-Terrorist Financing (CTF) compliance is critical in establishing effective compliance operations. You have a deep understanding of regulations and industry-leading practices, which enables you to design and deploy compliance programs that meet regulatory expectations.
You possess excellent communication skills, allowing you to work closely with internal and external stakeholders, including senior management and regulators. Your ability to navigate complex compliance landscapes and collaborate effectively with diverse teams is essential for success in this role. You are committed to fostering a culture of compliance within the organization and ensuring that all operations align with regulatory requirements.
What you'll do
