Your expertise in regulatory frameworks, including economic sanctions and anti-bribery, allows you to navigate complex compliance landscapes effectively. You are skilled in conducting thorough risk assessments and have a keen understanding of customer due diligence processes, especially in relation to blockchain technology.

You thrive in collaborative environments, working closely with internal and external stakeholders, including senior management and business leaders. Your ability to communicate complex compliance issues clearly and effectively is one of your key strengths. You are comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously and can deliver results on time, even in high-pressure situations.

Desirable

Experience with blockchain analytics tools and methodologies is a plus, as is familiarity with the SaaS business model. A background in financial services or technology compliance will further enhance your candidacy. You are proactive in staying updated on regulatory changes and trends in the digital asset space, ensuring that your compliance strategies are always aligned with current best practices.

What you'll do

As the Senior Compliance Associate at Fireblocks, you will lead compliance initiatives for our SaaS platform, ensuring adherence to various regulatory regimes. You will conduct risk reviews of SaaS business customers, assessing their compliance with economic sanctions and anti-bribery regulations. Your findings will be reported to senior management, providing critical insights that inform strategic decisions.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement compliance programs that mitigate risks associated with digital assets. This includes establishing operational procedures for compliance monitoring and reporting. You will also be responsible for training and educating staff on compliance policies and procedures, fostering a culture of compliance within the organization.

Your role will involve leveraging blockchain analytics to enhance customer due diligence processes, ensuring that all compliance measures are effective and up-to-date.
