What you'll do

As a Forward Deployed Software Engineer, you will serve as a technical expert deployed to customer sites, providing hands-on assistance with the implementation and development of ION. You will collaborate closely with customers to identify their most pressing challenges and develop coherent strategies and intelligent solutions, including building custom web applications and managing large-scale data.

You will take total ownership of the delivery of solutions, ensuring that they meet customer expectations and drive operational improvements. Your role will involve writing clean, maintainable code across the stack and working in small teams to execute high-stakes projects effectively. You will also be responsible for debugging issues that may arise during implementation, acting as the point person for resolving technical challenges.
