What you'll do

In this role, you will take the lead in requirements gathering, configuration, and knowledge transfer, ensuring that customer solutions are tailored to their specifications. You will design and configure applications on the Five9 platform, often integrating with other systems to meet customer demands. Your responsibilities will include solution testing, production rollout, and providing adoption support to ensure a smooth transition for customers.

You will collaborate closely with the AI and Custom Services team, contributing to the development of innovative solutions that enhance customer experience. Your technical prowess will be essential in navigating the complexities of customer requirements and delivering high-quality results. You will also play a key role in knowledge transfer and training, empowering customers to fully utilize the capabilities of the Five9 platform.
