What you'll do

In this role, you will engage with customers to gather requirements and understand their unique challenges. You will take the lead in configuring applications on the Five9 platform, ensuring that each solution meets customer specifications. Your responsibilities will include solution testing, production rollout, and providing adoption support to ensure a smooth transition for clients. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions that enhance customer satisfaction.

You will also be responsible for knowledge transfer and training, helping customers to fully leverage the capabilities of the Five9 platform. Your role will involve continuous learning and adaptation as you explore new technologies and methodologies to improve customer experiences. You will contribute to a culture of innovation and excellence, driving the success of the AI and Custom Services team.
