You possess a deep understanding of how to leverage AI in contact centers, ideally with familiarity in Five9's Virtual Contact Center. Your ability to design and configure applications based on customer specifications is complemented by your knowledge of integration processes, making you a valuable asset to the AI and Custom Services team.

What you'll do

In this role, you will take the lead in requirements gathering, configuration, and solution testing, ensuring that customer needs are met with precision. You will engage directly with clients to understand their unique requirements and translate these into actionable design specifications. Your responsibilities will include configuring applications on the Five9 platform and providing knowledge transfer and adoption support to ensure successful production rollouts.

You will collaborate with a diverse team, representing various backgrounds and perspectives, to foster an inclusive environment that empowers everyone to contribute their authentic selves.
