What you'll do

As the DevOps Engineering Manager at Five9, you will own the reliability, availability, and performance of cloud platforms that support production services. You will provide technical direction and review for architecture, automation, and operational improvements, ensuring that your team is equipped to deliver resilient cloud infrastructure at scale. Your role will involve driving continuous improvement initiatives, focusing on enhancing platform capabilities and operational efficiencies. You will collaborate with various teams to align on technical strategies and ensure that the infrastructure meets the needs of the business.
