Reports Engineer • Mid-Level

Who you are

You have 5-8 years of development experience, particularly in creating and maintaining reporting solutions. Your solid understanding of Verint WFO and Five9 VO products allows you to navigate their data structures effectively. You are proficient in SQL and familiar with query tuning, which enables you to develop and optimize custom report scripts efficiently. Your good written and verbal communication skills help you gather and refine reporting requirements from stakeholders effectively. You are willing to work independently while also accepting guidance from senior engineers, showcasing your ability to learn and adapt quickly.

What you'll do

As a Verint Reports Engineer, you will assist in gathering and refining reporting requirements from various stakeholders. You will develop, test, and maintain custom SQL report scripts based on Verint WFO and Five9 VO data, ensuring they meet client needs. Collaborating with Sales, Professional Services, and Support teams, you will contribute to report design and delivery, ensuring that the solutions are effective and user-friendly. You will also participate in maintaining a reusable library of custom reports and templates, which will enhance efficiency across the team. Troubleshooting and debugging scripts will be part of your responsibilities, and you will receive support from senior team members to ensure successful implementation in production environments.
