You have a strong background in solutions engineering, ideally with experience in observability tools and open-source technologies. Your ability to communicate complex technical concepts to customers is exceptional, and you thrive in a collaborative environment where you can share your expertise. You enjoy tackling challenges and are eager to learn and innovate in a fast-paced startup atmosphere. You understand the importance of customer education and are passionate about helping clients maximize their use of Grafana's products. You are comfortable working remotely and can manage your time effectively to meet customer needs.
Desirable
Experience with Grafana or similar visualization tools is a plus. Familiarity with cloud technologies and observability practices will set you apart. You have a knack for problem-solving and can think critically about customer requirements and how to address them with Grafana's solutions.
What you'll do
As a Senior Solutions Engineer at Grafana, you will be the go-to expert for our customers, guiding them through the implementation and optimization of our observability solutions. You will work closely with the sales team to understand customer needs and tailor solutions that fit their requirements. Your role will involve conducting product demonstrations, providing technical support, and ensuring that customers are fully educated on the capabilities of the Grafana LGTM Stack. You will also gather feedback from customers to help inform product development and improvements. Your contributions will directly impact Grafana's growth and customer satisfaction.
