What you'll do

In this role, you will own the go-to-market strategy for Five9's agent empowerment products, including Agent Assist and AI Knowledge — you'll develop clear messaging that highlights the unique benefits of these solutions for contact center leaders. You'll lead product launches, ensuring that all stakeholders are aligned and equipped with the necessary tools and information to succeed.

You will analyze market trends and customer feedback to refine product positioning and messaging continuously — your insights will help shape the future of Five9's offerings, ensuring they meet the evolving needs of customers. You will also create customer stories and use cases that demonstrate the business value of augmenting human agents with AI, helping to drive adoption and engagement.
