Who you are

You have 5+ years of experience in product marketing, particularly in technology or SaaS environments β€” you've successfully launched products and developed go-to-market strategies that resonate with target audiences. Your expertise in customer experience and agent empowerment solutions sets you apart, allowing you to articulate the value of AI-driven applications effectively.

You possess strong storytelling abilities and can craft compelling messaging that differentiates products in a competitive landscape β€” your background in marketing operations enables you to align product positioning with customer needs and market trends. You thrive in collaborative environments, working closely with product, sales, and engineering teams to ensure successful product launches.

What you'll do

In this role, you will own the go-to-market strategy for Five9's agent empowerment products, including Agent Assist and AI Knowledge β€” you'll develop clear messaging that highlights the unique benefits of these solutions for contact center leaders. You'll lead product launches, ensuring that all stakeholders are aligned and equipped with the necessary tools and information to succeed.

You will analyze market trends and customer feedback to refine product positioning and messaging continuously β€” your insights will help shape the future of Five9's offerings, ensuring they meet the evolving needs of customers. You will also create customer stories and use cases that demonstrate the business value of augmenting human agents with AI, helping to drive adoption and engagement.
