You are familiar with learning management systems and have experience with tools like Culture Amp and Degreed. Desirable

Experience in a cloud software environment is a plus, as is familiarity with HR processes and systems. You may have a background in human resources or organizational development, which enhances your ability to drive talent initiatives effectively.

What you'll do

In this role, you will lead the planning and execution of global talent management and learning programs. You will coordinate engagement surveys and performance cycles, ensuring that all initiatives are delivered on time and meet high-quality standards. Your responsibilities will include developing and maintaining project plans, timelines, and risk logs, as well as identifying and escalating any risks that may arise during execution.

You will work closely with various stakeholders, including L&D, HRIS, IT, and vendors, to support system configurations and readiness activities. Your role will require you to communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders to ensure alignment and clarity on project goals. You will also be responsible for continuous improvement of programs, gathering feedback, and making necessary adjustments to enhance effectiveness.
