What you'll do

In this role, you will act as the Salesforce administrator, overseeing the configuration and optimization of the Salesforce platform. You will work closely with various teams to ensure that the platform meets their needs and supports their functions effectively. Your responsibilities will include designing and building solutions within Salesforce, managing user access and security settings, and ensuring data quality across the platform.

You will collaborate with Sales Operations to drive user adoption and provide training and support to team members. Your role will also involve analyzing data and generating reports to provide insights that inform business decisions. You will be responsible for identifying areas for improvement within the Salesforce platform and implementing solutions that enhance its functionality and user experience.

You will participate in regular meetings with cross-functional teams to discuss ongoing projects and gather feedback on the Salesforce platform. Your input will be valuable in shaping the future direction of Salesforce within the organization. You will also stay updated on Salesforce best practices and new features to ensure that the company is leveraging the platform to its fullest potential.
