What you'll do

In this role, you will manage and maintain Kaseya's Salesforce platform, ensuring it meets the needs of the business. You will collaborate closely with business stakeholders to understand their requirements and translate them into effective Salesforce solutions. Your responsibilities will include troubleshooting issues, implementing new features, and optimizing existing processes to enhance user experience.

You will also be responsible for training users on Salesforce best practices and providing ongoing support to ensure they can leverage the platform effectively.
