What you'll do

As a Senior Software Engineer at Five9, you will be part of a dedicated team focused on developing a scalable, highly available global voice platform. Your primary responsibility will be to integrate the Five9 dialer into various CRM systems, leveraging your expertise in both backend and frontend technologies. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand user needs and translate them into technical solutions that enhance customer experience.

You will design, develop, troubleshoot, and implement software code using Java, JavaScript, and Spring, ensuring that the applications you create are robust and efficient. Writing unit and functional tests will be a key part of your role, as you strive to maintain high standards of code quality and reliability. You will also be involved in documenting your work and communicating your findings to the team, fostering a culture of knowledge sharing and continuous improvement.

In addition to your development responsibilities, you will support the current platform in production, applying your troubleshooting skills to resolve issues as they arise. Your understanding of performance and scalability principles will guide your decisions as you work to optimize the platform for better user experiences.
