You have a strong analytical mindset with experience in marketing analytics — you've successfully turned data into actionable insights that drive strategic decisions. Your expertise in SQL allows you to manipulate and analyze large datasets effectively, and you are comfortable using Google Analytics to measure and benchmark marketing performance.
You thrive in collaborative environments and enjoy mentoring others — your ability to communicate complex analytical concepts to non-technical stakeholders makes you a trusted advisor to leadership. You are proactive in identifying opportunities for improvement and have a track record of influencing marketing strategies through data-driven insights.
What you'll do
As a Senior Marketing Data Analyst at HelloFresh, you will act as a trusted advisor to Global Marketing leadership, framing analytical problem statements and translating insights into strategic recommendations. You will measure, benchmark, and monitor brand and market performance, proactively identifying opportunities to improve key marketing and business KPIs.
You will influence and optimize marketing budgets and planning processes by challenging assumptions and ensuring data-driven decision-making. Leading high-impact analytical projects, you will partner directly with senior stakeholders to enhance performance frameworks, forecasting, growth strategies, and reporting ecosystems.
In addition, you will build and enhance reporting and visualization assets that support day-to-day decision-making and strengthen global performance oversight. You will collaborate with and mentor analysts within the team, fostering a high-performing and supportive analytics community while streamlining analytical processes and workflows.
