Overview

Flex is hiring a Senior Manager, Lifecycle Enablement & Operations to oversee the systems and processes that drive customer messaging. This role requires expertise in lifecycle marketing and operational excellence.

Who you are

You have a strong background in lifecycle marketing and operations, with a proven track record of enabling high-impact customer messaging. Your experience includes managing systems and processes that support scalable marketing efforts, ensuring that tools and workflows are optimized for efficiency and effectiveness. You thrive in a hands-on role, balancing strategic oversight with day-to-day operational responsibilities. You are comfortable collaborating with cross-functional teams, particularly in aligning marketing technology with business objectives. Your analytical mindset allows you to translate enterprise investments into measurable outcomes that drive customer engagement and satisfaction.

What you'll do

In this role, you will own the operational backbone of Lifecycle Marketing, ensuring that all systems and processes are functioning at peak performance. You will work closely with the Director of MarTech to align on platform capabilities and integrations, ensuring that the marketing team can execute campaigns quickly and effectively. Your responsibilities will include developing and refining workflows, managing CRM execution, and implementing best practices for lifecycle marketing. You will also be accountable for measuring the success of lifecycle initiatives and making data-driven recommendations for improvement. Your leadership will empower the marketing team to deliver impactful messaging that resonates with our users and drives engagement.
