What you'll do

As a Senior Enablement Manager, you will design and build AI enablement programs that cater to employees' varying levels of expertise, from foundational concepts to advanced technical content. You will partner with teams across the organization, including Engineering, Product, and GTM, to identify specific needs and deliver comprehensive support such as onboarding journeys and ongoing learning initiatives. Your role will involve creating scalable playbooks, hands-on sessions, and events that promote AI knowledge and responsible use throughout the company.

You will manage and evolve the AI Learning Center, ensuring it serves as a valuable resource for employees seeking to enhance their AI capabilities. By fostering a culture of continuous learning, you will help teams adopt AI technologies in ways that drive real business impact.
