Experience in a startup environment is a plus, as is familiarity with rent payment systems or financial services. You have a strong network in the FinTech industry and can leverage relationships to drive product success. A background in user research and A/B testing will help you refine product offerings based on user feedback.

What you'll do

In this pivotal role, you will be the single-threaded owner of the product function for a new venture at Flex. You will lead the development of a new product portfolio, working closely with the CPO and General Manager to define the vision and strategy. Your responsibilities will include conducting market research to identify user needs, defining product requirements, and prioritizing features based on business goals. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering and design, to ensure successful product delivery. As the head of product, you will mentor and guide your team, fostering a culture of innovation and accountability. You will also be responsible for setting key performance indicators and measuring the success of product initiatives.
