You have a proven track record in managing partnerships and commercial negotiations, ideally within the travel or technology sectors. With at least 5 years of experience, you understand the dynamics of the travel industry and have successfully driven growth through strategic partnerships. You possess strong analytical skills and can leverage data to inform decision-making and strategy development. Your leadership style fosters collaboration across teams, ensuring alignment and execution of business objectives. You are adaptable and thrive in a fast-paced environment, ready to tackle challenges head-on. You are passionate about travel and understand the importance of building relationships that drive mutual success.

What you'll do

As the Senior Manager for Flights Supply, you will take ownership of Agoda's market strategy in Taiwan, focusing on establishing and nurturing partnerships that enhance our offerings. You will lead negotiations with airlines and other travel partners, ensuring favorable terms that benefit both parties. Your role will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and operations, to align strategies and execute initiatives that drive growth. You will analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for expansion and improvement. Regular travel to Bangkok will be required to engage with regional teams and partners, ensuring a cohesive approach to our flights business. You will also be responsible for reporting on performance metrics and adjusting strategies as needed to meet business goals.
