You are a detail-oriented, creatively-driven Senior Brand Designer with a strong background in visual identity and brand ecosystems. You have experience in creating scalable design solutions and are skilled at thinking holistically about brand expressions across various platforms. Your expertise in tools like Figma, Illustrator, and Photoshop allows you to produce high-quality designs that resonate with clients and elevate the brand's message.
You thrive in collaborative environments, partnering closely with marketing, product, and executive teams to ensure consistency and quality in all brand expressions. Your project and vendor management skills enable you to oversee multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to brand guidelines. You are a systems thinker who understands the importance of cohesive branding in driving business success.
What you'll do
In this role, you will support the execution and evolution of Flexport's visual identity across multiple touchpoints, including the website, marketing campaigns, sales decks, and internal presentations. You will blend hands-on design work with project management, ensuring that all creative outputs are on-brand and of high quality. You will collaborate with various teams to produce thoughtful and impactful designs that communicate Flexport's mission and values effectively.
You will be responsible for managing design projects from concept to completion, working closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and feedback. Your role will involve creating design systems that can be scaled across different platforms and ensuring that all brand expressions maintain a consistent look and feel. You will also have the opportunity to mentor junior designers and contribute to the overall growth of the design team.
