Flexport is hiring an HR Generalist to support and scale their orientation initiatives in Shanghai. You'll be instrumental in ensuring the seamless execution of onboarding programs. This role requires experience in HR practices and a commitment to enhancing employee experiences.

Who you are

You have a solid background in human resources, ideally with experience in onboarding and employee engagement initiatives. Your organizational skills are top-notch, allowing you to coordinate various HR programs effectively. You understand the importance of creating a positive employee experience and are committed to continuous improvement in HR processes.

You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are adaptable to the changing needs of a growing company. Your communication skills enable you to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders, ensuring that HR initiatives align with business goals. You are proactive in identifying areas for improvement and are not afraid to suggest innovative solutions.

What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for organizing and coordinating the annual affairs of the APAC Flexport Academy, ensuring that all programs run smoothly and efficiently. You will work closely with the Senior People Business Partner to develop and implement onboarding strategies that enhance the employee experience from day one. Your role will involve gathering feedback from new hires to continuously iterate on the onboarding journey, making it as effective and welcoming as possible.

You will also play a key role in supporting various HR initiatives across the organization, contributing to a culture of engagement and collaboration. Your efforts will help shape the future of Flexport as a leading player in global trade, ensuring that employees feel valued and supported throughout their journey with the company.
