InterSystems is seeking an HR Generalist to support HR management with a focus on benefits and reward schemes. You'll be responsible for managing benefit providers and ensuring compliance with local legislation in the EMEA region.

Who you are

You are an experienced Human Resources Generalist with a strong focus on benefits and reward schemes. You understand the importance of discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive employee information. Your background includes managing benefit providers and ensuring compliance with local legislation across the EMEA region. You are proactive in identifying and implementing competitive benefit schemes that meet the needs of both the organization and its employees. You have a knack for analyzing internal and external market data to support continuous improvement in benefit and reward schemes.

What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, implementing, maintaining, and communicating benefit schemes and services that are current and competitive. You will proactively manage relationships with benefit providers, brokers, and administration providers to ensure that the benefit options and programs are well-developed and priced appropriately. You will collect and analyze market data to prepare reports that support the continuous improvement of benefit schemes. Additionally, you will support the delivery of core reward processes, including annual salary reviews and job evaluations. Your role will also involve acting as the primary contact for all benefit queries in the region, ensuring that all benefit schemes are administered correctly and that all required records are maintained. You will maintain strong relationships with local HR teams and contribute to the overall HR strategy across the organization.
