What you'll do

In this role, you will lead the negotiation of various commercial agreements with Flexport's customers, ensuring that all contracts align with the company's strategic goals. You will provide generalist legal advice to different business units, supporting their commercial needs and helping them navigate legal complexities. You will also be involved in legal projects related to geo-expansion, corporate governance, and transactions, contributing to the overall success of the company.
