You stay current on evolving regulations impacting digital assets and have a keen interest in the technology sector.

What you'll do

In this role, you will play a critical part in advancing Blockdaemon’s mission by advising on complex commercial transactions and helping to scale legal operations. You will draft, review, and negotiate a wide variety of agreements, providing legal guidance on go-to-market initiatives and product launches in regulated environments. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including finance and compliance, you will streamline deal execution and mitigate risk. Your insights will shape how the company structures partnerships and engages with customers across the digital asset ecosystem.
