You possess excellent communication skills, enabling you to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Finance, and Security. You are detail-oriented and proactive, always looking to identify potential legal risks and address them before they become issues. What you'll do

In this role, you will support Fivetran's sales organization by drafting, reviewing, and negotiating customer-facing commercial agreements, including Master Service Agreements (MSAs), order forms, Data Processing Agreements (DPAs), and Business Associate Agreements (BAAs). You will partner closely with Sales, Deal Desk, Finance, Security, and Revenue Operations to facilitate efficient deal execution while managing legal and business risk. Your advice on contractual issues related to data protection, privacy, security, intellectual property, liability, and compliance will be crucial in a SaaS environment. You will also play a key role in developing and implementing legal processes that enhance the efficiency of the sales cycle, ensuring that all agreements align with Fivetran's mission to make data access simple and reliable.
