You have a proven track record in air operations, with experience handling complex airfreight cases and a passion for leading teams. You thrive in fast-paced environments and are adept at problem-solving, ensuring that shipments move on time with accuracy and care. Your leadership skills enable you to coach teammates effectively, driving process improvements and fostering the next generation of operations leaders in Vietnam. You understand the importance of aligning operations with company strategy and customer requirements, and you are ready to take on the challenges that come with this responsibility.
Desirable
Experience in logistics or supply chain management is a plus, as is familiarity with global policies and regulations governing airfreight operations. You are comfortable acting as the first escalation point for all shipments, demonstrating your ability to handle high-pressure situations with poise and professionalism.
