What you'll do

In this role, you will lead the air operations team, managing daily export and import shipments. You will oversee the full shipment lifecycle, from booking and pickup to airline handover and final delivery. Your leadership will be crucial in guiding your team to ensure that all operations are executed efficiently and on time. You will act as the main point of contact for escalations, ensuring that any issues are resolved quickly and effectively. Additionally, you will be responsible for coaching and developing your team members, helping them grow in their roles and perform at their best. Building strong partnerships with airlines and terminals will be a key part of your responsibilities, as you work to enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
