You have 5+ years of experience in operations management or strategic initiatives, ideally within the logistics or fulfillment sector. You thrive in ambiguous environments and enjoy tackling complex problems that require innovative solutions. Your technical skills include proficiency in SQL, allowing you to analyze data and build workflows that enhance operational efficiency. You possess strong leadership qualities and can effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive initiatives forward. You are comfortable with hands-on work, whether it involves designing processes or prototyping tools. Your ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders sets you apart.
Desirable
Experience in the logistics or supply chain industry is a plus, as is familiarity with product management principles. What you'll do
