What you'll do

As a WMS Manager at Flexport, you will be responsible for the implementation, maintenance, and optimization of our warehouse management system. You will assess and prioritize incidents based on their impact on daily operations, implementing effective triage processes to address issues promptly. Your role will involve monitoring the health and stability of the WMS, ensuring regular system updates and troubleshooting to maintain optimal performance. You will provide ongoing user support and training to warehouse personnel, helping them navigate WMS functionalities and improve their efficiency. Additionally, you will manage IT support tasks, including overseeing printers, scanners, system configurations, and asset tracking to ensure seamless operations within our fulfillment center.
