What you'll do
As the Air Pricing Manager, you will lead the end-to-end air pricing response for regional and global RFPs, ensuring that your strategies align with the company's goals. You will collaborate closely with the Solutions and Operations teams to design complex, multi-modal air solutions that meet customer needs while optimizing costs. Your role will involve analyzing market trends and competitor pricing to inform your strategies, and you will be responsible for presenting your pricing proposals to senior leadership. You will also mentor junior team members, sharing your expertise and fostering a culture of continuous improvement within the team.
