You have over 7 years of experience in business management, particularly in the tech or digital sectors within China and APAC markets β€” your proven track record in client management and project pitching sets you apart. You possess a strong understanding of CRM systems and data analytics, which allows you to drive transformative customer experiences effectively. Your excellent networking skills have helped you establish a robust network in the tech industry, making you a strategic thinker who can identify lucrative opportunities in the market. You are highly organized and have a proven ability to manage multiple projects and teams, showcasing your strong leadership and communication skills. Your exceptional interpersonal and negotiation skills enable you to craft tailored commercial proposals that resonate with clients.

What you'll do

As the Business Director for Greater China Operations, you will strategically manage and expand our commercial activities with key prospects across the region. Your expertise will be pivotal in identifying lucrative business opportunities and skillfully crafting tailored commercial proposals. You will collaborate with various teams to ensure that our solutions align with client needs and market demands. Your role will involve overseeing project execution and maintaining strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention. You will also be responsible for analyzing market trends and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions. Your leadership will guide your team in achieving their goals while fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
