TruckSmarter is seeking a Senior Brand Designer to manage the core brand and visual identity across multiple channels. You'll collaborate with leadership to shape brand strategy and digital activations. This role requires experience in brand design and a background in transportation or logistics.

Who you are

You have 5+ years of experience in brand design, with a strong portfolio showcasing your ability to evolve and manage brand identities across various platforms. Your expertise in tools like Adobe XD, Photoshop, and Illustrator allows you to create compelling visual content that resonates with audiences. You understand the nuances of brand strategy and are adept at translating business goals into effective design solutions. Your background in transportation or logistics is a plus, as it gives you insight into the industry and its unique challenges. You thrive in collaborative environments and enjoy working closely with cross-functional teams to bring ideas to life. You are passionate about design and its impact on user experience, always seeking to improve and innovate.

Desirable

Experience with digital activations, including static and video content, is highly desirable. Familiarity with AI products and how they can enhance brand engagement will set you apart. You are comfortable presenting your ideas to stakeholders and can articulate the rationale behind your design choices. A proactive approach to problem-solving and a keen eye for detail are essential traits that you possess.

What you'll do

In this role, you will work directly with the leadership team to shape the visual identity of TruckSmarter. You will lead the design of digital activations that enhance brand visibility and engagement. Collaborating with product, engineering, and operations teams, you will ensure that the brand is consistently represented across all channels. You will be responsible for creating and refining brand guidelines, ensuring that all design work aligns with the overall brand strategy. Your role will involve conducting user research to inform design decisions and iterating on concepts based on feedback. You will also mentor junior designers, fostering a culture of creativity and collaboration within the team. As part of a lean team, you will have the opportunity to take ownership of projects and drive them from concept to execution.
