Who you are

You are a versatile creative with a strong portfolio showcasing high-level conceptual strength and meticulous execution across various mediums including web and social media. You have experience in defining and evolving brand identities, and your work reflects a deep understanding of design principles and user experience. You are comfortable using the latest generative AI tools to push creative boundaries and iterate on concepts quickly. You thrive in collaborative environments, partnering with marketing and product teams to ensure that every design element aligns with the brand's vision and goals. You have a keen eye for detail and understand the importance of consistency in visual communication across all channels. You are excited about the opportunity to build the creative foundation of a company poised to redefine a massive category.

What you'll do

In this role, you will take ownership of the visual identity of Remi, ensuring that it resonates with homeowners, enterprise partners, and contractors alike. You will partner with the marketing and product teams to create a website that not only stands out but also drives conversion through development-ready designs. You will evolve the design system, working on everything from typography to photography, to create a visual toolkit that scales without sacrificing quality. You will audit existing assets and deliver your first designs within the first 30 days, establishing a more robust design system and pushing the visual design for a major web launch within 90 days. By the end of your first year, you will have ensured that Remi's brand is visually distinct, consistent, and trusted by thousands of homeowners. You will collaborate with product design, operations, and customer success teams to maintain brand integrity across all touchpoints.
