Who you are
You have a strong background in creative strategy and performance marketing, with at least 5 years of experience in a similar role. You understand the nuances of user acquisition and have a proven track record of driving measurable business impact through creative campaigns. Your analytical mindset allows you to raise the bar on analysis and insight generation, ensuring that every creative decision is backed by data. You are comfortable working at the intersection of performance marketing, creative strategy, and creative production, and you thrive in a collaborative environment where you can lead and mentor others. You are deeply hands-on, not just managing but actively contributing to the creative process and performance optimization.
Desirable
Experience with AI-powered marketing strategies or familiarity with the health and fitness app industry would be a plus. You are passionate about diversity, equity, and inclusion, and you believe in building teams that reflect a variety of backgrounds and perspectives.
What you'll do
In this role, you will be responsible for driving creative performance across Flo Health's paid user acquisition channels, with a primary focus on Meta. You will lead and develop a small team of channel-specific Creative Strategists, ensuring that they have the guidance and support needed to excel in their roles. You will personally own the creative strategy and performance on Meta, setting direction and raising the bar on creative analysis, concept development, and craft. Your responsibilities will include developing testing frameworks, briefing agencies and creatives, and optimizing performance to ensure that all campaigns deliver measurable results. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to align creative strategies with overall business objectives, ensuring that every campaign resonates with our target audience and drives user acquisition effectively.
