What you'll do
As the Lead Creative Strategist, you will be responsible for driving creative performance across Flo's paid user acquisition channels. You will lead and develop a small team of channel-specific Creative Strategists while personally owning the creative strategy and performance on Meta. Your role will involve setting direction, raising the bar on analysis, and ensuring that creatives consistently deliver measurable business impact. You will work closely with various stakeholders to brief agencies and oversee the creative production process, ensuring that all outputs align with Flo's mission to enhance female health.
You will also be responsible for developing testing frameworks to evaluate the effectiveness of different creative strategies and making data-driven decisions to optimize performance. Your insights will guide the team in refining their approaches and achieving better results in user acquisition campaigns. You will play a crucial role in shaping the future of Flo's marketing efforts, contributing to the overall growth and success of the company.
