What you'll do

In this role, you will own the team's delivery cadence, overseeing sprint planning, retrospectives, and backlog health. You will partner with Product Managers to break down product requests into well-scoped tasks, ensuring clarity and alignment across the team. Your responsibilities will include championing engineering standards, proactively managing technical debt, and ensuring that the team consistently meets sprint goals. You will work closely with engineering and product teams to build systems that power personalized content experiences for millions of users. Your leadership will be crucial in driving the team's performance and ensuring that content delivery is efficient and effective.
