Overview

FloQast is hiring an Accounting Success Manager to support mid-market customers in their Close Management solution. You'll leverage your accounting experience to enhance customer satisfaction and engagement. This role is remote but requires candidates to be located on the East Coast.

Who you are

You have a background in accounting or audit, which allows you to build instant rapport with mid-market customers. Your experience enables you to address accounting-specific questions and scenarios effectively, ensuring customers maximize their adoption of the Close Management solution. You are passionate about customer success and are dedicated to maintaining high levels of satisfaction and engagement among clients. You thrive in a remote work environment but are also willing to travel to customer locations as needed.

What you'll do

As an Accounting Success Manager, you will join a growing Customer Success team focused on supporting our mid-market customer base. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure long-term success with our Close Management solution by addressing customer inquiries and providing guidance during the post-implementation phase. You will work closely with customers to understand their needs and help them navigate the solution effectively. Your role will involve regular communication with clients to foster relationships and ensure they are satisfied with the service provided. You will also collaborate with internal teams to relay customer feedback and contribute to product improvements.
