You thrive in a collaborative environment and are eager to contribute to a growing Customer Success team.

What you'll do

As an Enterprise Accounting Success Manager, you will be responsible for supporting the Enterprise customer base in our Close Management solution. Your role will involve addressing customer inquiries and providing guidance on accounting-related matters to maximize adoption of the solution. You will work closely with customers to enhance their overall experience and ensure they derive maximum value from our offerings. This position requires you to work in the office three days a week, adapting to team and business needs as necessary. You will play a crucial role in fostering strong relationships with customers and ensuring their long-term success with our solutions.
