FloQast is hiring an Accounting Success Manager to support mid-market customers in their Close Management solution. You'll leverage your accounting experience to enhance customer satisfaction and engagement. This role requires in-office work three days a week in New York City.

Who you are

You have a background in accounting or audit, which allows you to connect with mid-market customers effectively. Your experience enables you to address accounting-specific questions and scenarios, ensuring customers maximize their adoption of the Close Management solution. You are passionate about customer success and are committed to maintaining high levels of satisfaction and engagement among clients. You thrive in a collaborative environment and are eager to contribute to a growing Customer Success team.

What you'll do

As an Accounting Success Manager, you will play a crucial role in supporting our mid-market customer base. You will engage with customers post-implementation to ensure they are fully utilizing our Close Management solution. Your responsibilities will include addressing customer inquiries, providing guidance on best practices, and helping clients navigate any challenges they may face. You will work closely with the Customer Success team to develop strategies that enhance the overall customer experience and drive long-term success. Your role will involve regular communication with clients to gather feedback and identify opportunities for improvement.
