FloQast is hiring an Accounting Success Manager to support mid-market customers in their Close Management solution. You'll leverage your accounting experience to enhance customer satisfaction and engagement. This role requires in-office work three days a week in New York City.

Your experience enables you to address accounting-specific questions and scenarios, ensuring customers maximize their adoption of the Close Management solution. What you'll do
As an Accounting Success Manager, you will play a crucial role in supporting our mid-market customer base. You will engage with customers post-implementation to ensure they are fully utilizing our Close Management solution.
