You possess excellent communication skills, enabling you to articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. You are passionate about mentoring and guiding other engineers, helping them grow in their careers while ensuring the success of the projects you work on. You understand the importance of aligning technical decisions with business goals and user needs.

What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for shaping the architecture and direction of FloQast's platform. You will collaborate with various teams to build critical core platform services that support applications ranging from Close Management to Compliance. Your leadership will help accelerate innovation and improve the overall user experience.

You will define functional specifications and design solutions that meet the needs of the business while ensuring scalability and performance. Your technical expertise will guide the team in making informed decisions about technology choices and architectural patterns. You will also play a key role in setting the technical direction for the Applications group, ensuring that best practices are followed and that the team is equipped to tackle challenges effectively.
