Who you are

You have experience in a customer-facing role, ideally within a pre-sales environment, where you've engaged with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions. Your ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders is a key strength, allowing you to bridge the gap between customer requirements and technical capabilities. You are familiar with integration ecosystems, particularly in relation to ERPs, cloud storage, and financial systems, and you understand best practices in these areas. You thrive in collaborative environments, working closely with sales teams and technical experts to drive successful outcomes for clients. You are proactive in seeking feedback and using it to inform product development, ensuring that customer insights are integrated into the solutions offered.

What you'll do

In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for prospects and clients regarding integrations, providing expert guidance and consultation throughout the sales process. You will collaborate with Account Executives and other Solutions Consultants to identify opportunities and address client needs effectively. Your responsibilities will include conducting presentations and demonstrations of FloQast’s integration capabilities, answering technical questions, and advising on best practices. You will also gather feedback from clients to relay to the product and engineering teams, helping to shape the future of the integration offerings. Your role will require you to stay updated on industry trends and integration technologies to provide the best possible advice to clients. You will play a crucial role in building strong relationships with clients, ensuring they feel supported and informed throughout their journey with FloQast.
