You are a board-certified Primary Care Physician (MD or DO) with extensive experience in delivering high-quality primary care in outpatient settings. Your strong clinical judgment allows you to manage complex medical conditions effectively, and you excel in patient communication, fostering meaningful relationships with your patients. You are dedicated to providing comprehensive preventive care, chronic disease management, and acute care, ensuring that your patients receive the best possible outcomes. You understand the importance of an evidence-based approach to patient care and are committed to clinical excellence and professionalism.
What you'll do
In this role, you will provide comprehensive primary care services to a diverse patient population, performing routine and annual wellness exams, acute illness evaluations, and chronic disease management. You will diagnose and treat a broad range of medical conditions, focusing on preventive care and risk assessment. Developing and implementing patient-focused treatment and care plans will be a key responsibility, as will ensuring accurate and thorough documentation within the medical record system. You will coordinate care with specialists and diagnostic services, serving as a cornerstone of our care team and collaborating with clinical staff to uphold and advance the quality of care our patients expect and deserve.
